By creating an account, accessing, or using the JustShop platform ("Service"), operated by JustShop ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Merchant", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustShop provides an all-in-one e-commerce and payment processing infrastructure designed for selling digital products, managing storefronts, automated license delivery, and processing transactions online. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with appropriate notice to users.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use certain features of JustShop, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a merchant account.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
• You must immediately notify JustShop of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

4. Merchant Content & Digital Goods Guidelines

Merchants retain ownership of all digital products, store assets, descriptions, and media uploaded to JustShop. However, by uploading content, you grant JustShop a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver your products to authorized buyers.

Merchants strictly agree NOT to offer, sell, or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or counterfeit products or services.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious software code.
• Stolen credentials, credit card details, or unauthorized personal data.
• Content violating third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.

5. Payment Processing & Fees

JustShop integrates third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, PayPal, and crypto processors) to process customer payments securely. Platform fee schedules and payout terms are detailed within your merchant dashboard.

Merchants are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) required in their jurisdiction.

6. Refunds & Chargeback Policy

Due to the instant nature of digital product delivery, store refund policies are established individually by each merchant. JustShop reserves the right to intervene and issue refunds or freeze merchant balances in cases of severe buyer fraud, non-delivery, or illegal activity.

Excessive chargebacks or disputes against a merchant store may lead to temporary holding of payouts or permanent account suspension.

7. Prohibited Uses & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to JustShop immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustShop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service.
